Overview

When a studio specializing in food and beverage brand creation develops their own chocolate, you know they're serious about their craft.

Basalt is a self-initiated project by Brandsummit Studio, created to celebrate their 11th anniversary.

The project encompasses the full design arc: naming, branding, packaging, product design, art direction, digital, and communications. It's an impressive showcase from the Brandsummit crew to demonstrate their capabilities through a case study featuring their own product and chocolate no-less, What more could you want?

The concept draws inspiration from basalt, the volcanic rock, which perfectly aligns with the chocolate's tone and style. The storytelling in their product photography and staging is impeccable. It's a brand built on structure, geometry, and confidence.
