Every good cause deserves good design. The New York-based agency DIA created the identity for HeForShe.

HeForShe is a global solidarity movement initiated by UN Women, inviting men and boys to actively support gender equality and advocate for the rights of women and girls.

The brand mark features a symbolic integration of the traditional male and female symbols, merging them to create a unified emblem. This design choice represents the solidarity between genders in the pursuit of equality.

Interestingly, the primary colour used, a vibrant magenta, was developed in collaboration with the Pantone Colour Institute. The resulting colour chosen was to express the passion and excitement of the movement.

Overall, it's a tidy and neat piece of communication.
