Overview

The Dreaming Girls doesn’t really look like photography at first glance, or even second glance.

There’s something quietly surreal going on here. It's soft and different in a way that makes you pause for a second.

You can tell she’s taken inspiration from surrealists like Dali and Magritte but filtered it to make it her own thing.

The portraits are composed of layers of photography, mixed and blended in a way that makes time and space feel fuzzy. You get these floating women, glowing clouds, animals appearing like they wandered in from a different story but nothing feels random. It’s all very intentional, just not always logical. Like a half-remembered dream that somehow makes more sense emotionally than visually.
