Overview

A metal structure was created for volume, then, layer by layer, fabric for snow, then rocks by paper and wooden facets to complete the ‘landscape’.

Called Terrain, the collaborative project by Xiao Yan, Alice Ng Hui Qing, Gillian Toh and Lim Qi Xuan is a dress inspired by the mountainous landscape that consists of multiple layers of textile, paper and wood. I’m not sure for practicality, but as fas aesthetics go, it’s a stunner.
