Overview

Form Follows Flow.

This piece handles two jobs with one graceful move. Part bike rack, part park bench, it feels more like public art than everyday street kit.

What grabs me is the flow. The gentle, wave-like curve settles into almost any setting, and its modular ribs mean you can stretch or shrink the footprint without breaking the rhythm.

Then there’s the light show. As the sun swings around, those ribs would build and cast shifting shadows that let the form fade in and out of view. Quietly reminding you it’s there, whilst also seamlessly integrating to the space around it.

Form and function are not just neighbours, they simply ride the same smooth contour.

It’s still a concept for now, but I’m crossing my fingers it leaps from CAD to concrete sooner than later.
