A building that breathes in light and exhales calm.

Set in the leafy, well-heeled suburb of Parnell, Auckland, the OneThree Cheshire apartment building is a project that manages to feel both crisp and calm.

It’s been designed to take full advantage of its surroundings, with apartments looking out toward the open greenery of the Auckland Domain in one direction and the city skyline in the other.

One of its most distinctive touches is the decorative screen cladding which aren’t just for show. They fold open to extend the living spaces outward and letting those balconies feel like real, usable rooms.
